Boiler Replacement Project - Migrate heating from steam to hot water* | Summer 2024 | This work will replace inefficient steam boilers that are at the end of their useful lives with new high-efficiency hot water condensing boilers. It will also allow the removal of the steam to hot water conversion station which requires additional maintenance and further degrades system efficiency. Finally, CO2 control at the classroom level will be implemented. |
